Sales and Shipping Terms
Shipping is provided through FedEx at a flat rate of $14.50.
Same Day Shipping on orders entered by 11:00AM MST. Ground shipping is generally 2-3 business days. Delivery time is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. FedEx tracking provided in updated order status.
All sales are final.
We will replace defective products or products damaged in transit within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You may avoid shipping fees and return in-store at Freeman Salon Systems in Denver.
To be eligible for a credit or exchange, you must email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item and return the damaged item to Freeman Salon Systems.
Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement or issue a partial credit based on condition. A restocking fee may be applied for returns over 60 days.
Unless otherwise noted, the products and services on the site, delivered to you, and in store are intended for use and resale by licensed salon professionals or cosmetologists. You agree to be in compliance with the Freeman Salon Systems anti-diversion policy, only for lawful purposes, and in compliance with all international, federal, state, and local laws.
Freeman Salon Systems accepts orders using Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Orders can also be be done by ACH bank transfer. Please email [email protected] for that bank information.
