Shampoo the hair with Pure Brazilian Anti-Residue Shampoo twice. Hair should have a squeaky clean feeling. Shampoo as many times a necessary to achive clean residue free hair.

Note: The hair will have a “rough” but smooth feeling after this step is complete due to opening the cuticle in preparation for the application.
